The concept for TLC Sports has been 10 years in the making. As a parent, coach and manager for my 3 kids’ grassroots football teams, I experience an endless stream of requests for new boots, clothing and sporting kit. And add to that their cricket, hockey, rugby and martial arts kit needs – it is expensive. With every growth spurt another round of purchases is required. Over time we have accumulated nearly 100 pairs of sports shoes. And I can’t tell you how many footballs and cones we have. But what to do with them when they are too small or no longer needed? That’s why I started TLC Sports. Join us at the beginning of our journey towards making sports more accessible and sustainable for all.
